Abstract

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is a type of haematological malignancy originating from lymphocytes. NHL involving the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is rare. This case report emphasizes the importance of careful clinical history, examination, and appropriate management protocols to avoid missing this uncommon but potentially life-threatening disease. A middle-aged woman presented with left-sided epiphora of one year's duration. Initial imaging suggested a mucocele causing nasolacrimal duct obstruction; however, biopsy with immunohistopathological examination demonstrated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma involving the nasolacrimal duct.
