Sarcoidosis is a multifaceted systemic disorder characterized by granulomatous inflammation, often presenting with diverse clinical manifestations. Parotid gland sarcoidosis is a rare manifestation of sarcoidosis. This case study presents a 40-year-old woman with bilateral parotid and lacrimal gland swelling and describes her subsequent diagnostic evaluation, biopsy findings, and treatment, highlighting the complexities involved in diagnosing and managing this uncommon presentation. Through this detailed case, the authors contribute to the understanding of the varied clinical manifestations of sarcoidosis and emphasize the importance of recognizing atypical presentations.
