An Endoscopic Transoral Approach to Parapharyngeal Space

Abstract

Surgical approaches to the parapharyngeal space are challenging, and selecting the appropriate surgical approach is key to a successful operation. Literature regarding the endoscopic transoral approach to the parapharyngeal space is limited. This article presents two different parapharyngeal space conditions that were successfully managed using an endoscopic transoral approach, demonstrating its feasibility and effectiveness in appropriately selected cases.
